基于大直径钻孔的瓦斯抽采装备及技术研究

摘要 针对潞安化工集团某矿瓦斯抽采钻孔不易成型、易塌陷、较难施工、不易进行瓦斯抽采等问题,基于该矿工程地质概况,研究了超大直径钻护成套装备,介绍了该装备的结构、主要技术参数及施工工艺流程,并进行了工程试验,分析了试验效果。结果表明,应用该装备后,瓦斯抽采干管流量、抽采纯量及浓度都显著提高,瓦斯治理效果显著,取得了较好的应用效果。 For a mine of Lu’an Chemical Group,gas extraction borehole is not easy to shape,easy to collapse,difficult to construct,not easy to carry out gas extraction and other problems,based on the mine’s engineering geological profile,the study of large diameter drilling and protection equipment,introduced the structure of the equipment,the main technical parameters and construction process,and carried out engineering tests,analysis of the test results.The test results show that the application of the equipment,gas extraction dry pipe flow,extraction of pure volume and concentration are significantly improved,gas management effect is significant,achieved a better application effect.
