摘要
通过对高压雾化除尘系统失效分析核心对象的确立,发现喷嘴的负载支撑能力和容错性指标为基础性指标,提出了建立新的雾化除尘系统分析评价体系才能满足井下喷雾除尘系统的工作需要,并在此分析体系指导下搭建了全新喷雾系统平台,从喷雾除尘效果、系统可靠性方面,均能满足煤矿除尘需求。这一评价体系的应用,可有效解决井下工作面除尘问题。
Through the establishment of the core object of the failure analysis of high-pressure atomization dust removal system,the load support capacity and fault tolerance index of nozzle are found to be the basic indexes,and the establishment of a new analysis and evaluation system of atomization dust removal system is proposed to meet the working needs of underground spraying and dust removal system,and a new spraying system platform is built under the guidance of this analysis system,which can meet the requirements of the spraying and dust removal effect and system reliability in terms of The system can meet the requirements of dust removal in coal mines in terms of effectiveness and reliability.The application of this evaluation system can effectively solve the problem of dust removal from underground workings.
