摘要
为了提升农业机械孔系零件加工精度、保证设备安装质量,以基轴制孔系零部件为研究对象,进行加工工艺分析,提出应用数控化技术促进工艺质量优化升级,在加工过程中采用多种孔组合方式配合农业机械应用,不断提升机械孔系零部件的安装精度及作业水平。
In order to improve the processing accuracy of agricultural machinery hole system parts and ensure the quality of equipment installation,the processing process of the base shaft system hole system parts as a res8earch object,processing process analysis,proposed the application of CNC technology to promote the optimization and upgrading of process quality,the use of a variety of hole combination in the processing process with the application of agricultural machinery,and constantly improve the installation accuracy and operation level of mechanical hole system parts.
