在煤矿工作中,刮板输送机可以有效地帮助矿井进行运输。但随着运输工作强度的增强,刮板输送机在使用中出现故障是时有发生的,这些故障不仅使煤矿运输的效率降低,而且影响了工作人员的人身安全。为了有效地减少刮板输送机故障问题的发生,尽量降低企业的损失,阐述了煤矿刮板输送机的结构与其使用原理,并通过分析煤矿刮板输送机在使用中容易出现的问题,提出相应的措施,以进一步提高刮板输送机的稳定性。

In coal mine work,scraper conveyor can effectively help the mine transportation.However,with the enhancement of transportation work intensity,the scraper conveyor often has failures in use.These failures not only reduce the efficiency of coal mine transportation,but also affect the personal safety of workers.In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of scraper conveyor failures and minimize the loss of enterprises,this paper expounds the structure and operating principle of coal mine scraper conveyor,and puts forward corresponding measures to further improve the stability of scraper conveyor by analyzing the problems that are easy to occur in the use of coal mine scraper conveyor.
