煤矿井下皮带输送机安装维护对跑偏问题的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Installation and Maintenance of Underground Belt Conveyors in Coal Mines on the Problem of Runout

针对皮带输送机跑偏的问题,以某煤炭企业服役的皮带输送机为研究对象,结合笔者的工作经验,开展了皮带输送机安装维护对跑偏问题的影响分析。总结了皮带输送机安装和维护过程中可能引起输送带跑偏的情况,并提出了相应的解决措施,以期为皮带输送机跑偏问题的改善提供一定的技术支持。

For a coal enterprise service belt conveyor often runaway problem,introduced the belt conveyor structure composition and working principle,the influence of belt conveyor installation and maintenance runaway problem,analysis of the belt conveyor installation and maintenance process may cause the conveyor belt runaway,and put forward the corresponding solution measures,in order to provide some technical support for the improvement of belt conveyor runaway problem.
