摘要
以液压智能调节系统为核心的某型自动倒机设备在工作中频繁出现振动和冲击,严重影响设备的正常运行,根据液压控制系统的工作特性,在理论分析影响液压控制系统管路直径、长度、工作压力与冲击关系的基础上,利用AMESim软件进行了分析,并对分析结果进行了实际验证,结果表明:入口处的管径对系统工作时的冲击压力和流量脉动有最直接的影响,管路直径越小在工作中的冲击力越大,在液压系统中设置蓄能器能有效降低液压冲击对系统带来的负面影响。
A type of machine equipment with hydraulic automatic vertical intelligent control system as the core of the frequent vibration and impacting on the work,seriously affecting the normal operation of equipment,according to the working characteristics of the hydraulic control system,the length in the theoretical analysis of the impact of the hydraulic control system of pipe diameter,working pressure and impact,based on the relationship between the use of AMEsim software the analysis and results of the analysis are verified,the results show that the diameter of the entrance has the most direct impacting on impact pressure and flow pulsation with system working,that is,the smaller diameter pipe is,the larger in the work of device force is,which can effectively reduce the hydraulic impacting on the storage settings for Negative effects of the hydraulic system.
