摘要
针对刮板输送机实际运行中出现两侧电机一侧过载、另一侧轻载,影响机器正常运转的问题,在分析刮板输送机两侧电机电流基础上,以电流作为识别信号,计算机尾电机转速调节信号,并提出张力法调速、电机转矩调速等刮板输送机平衡控制策略。通过刮板输送机仿真模拟系统进行仿真试验分析,表明两电机在短时间内即可实现电机功率的快速准确分配。该控制策略可靠有效。
For the actual operation of the scraper conveyor appears on both sides of the motor side overload,the other side of the light load,affecting the normal operation of the machine,in the analysis of both sides of the scraper motor current based on the current as the identification signal,the computer tail motor speed adjustment signal,and put forward tension method speed regulation,motor torque speed regulation and other scraper conveyor balance control strategy.Through the scraper simulation simulation system for simulation test analysis,the results show that the two motors in a short period of time can be achieved in the rapid and accurate distribution of motor power,the control strategy is reliable and effective.
