摘要
针对选煤厂重介分选系统存在的工作效率偏低、跑介量偏高等问题进行分析,并针对性地提出优化改造技术措施,针对预分选系统堵筛问题,提出增设分料盘、优化介质液切入角等方式进行改造;针对高频筛跑出明显问题,提出优化高频筛网的方式。优化改造完成并进行现场应用后,选煤厂重介分选系统运行可靠性得以提升,降低了生产成本并提升了经济效益。所提出的优化措施可为其他选煤厂重介分选系统优化提供经验参考。
The problems of low system efficiency and high run-off of the heavy media sorting system in the coal processing plant are analyzed,and the technical measures for optimization and transformation are proposed.For the problem of screen blocking in the pre-sorting system,additional dividing trays and optimization of the cutting angle of the media liquid are proposed for optimization;for the obvious problem of high frequency screen run-out,the high frequency screen mesh is optimized.After the optimisation was completed and applied on site,the operational reliability of the heavy media sorting system in the coal processing plant was improved,reducing production costs and improving economic efficiency.The optimisation measures proposed in this paper can be used as a reference for the optimisation of heavy-duty systems in other coal processing plants.
