锚杆钻机支护高速钻杆的使用性能分析

摘要 为了提高锚杆钻机在进行巷道支护钻孔过程中钻杆的使用性能,采用有限元仿真的形式对钻杆及钻头进行静力学性能分析。建立了钻杆及钻头的有限元模型,进行应力及变形的模拟分析。根据分析结果,对钻机进行钻孔作业时钻杆及钻头的设计使用提供参考,提高钻孔的精度及质量,保证煤矿支护的安全性。 In order to improve the performance of the drill pipe in the drilling process of the anchor rod drilling rig for roadway support,a finite element simulation was used to analyse the static mechanical performance of the drill pipe and the drill bit;a finite element model of the drill pipe and the drill bit was established to simulate the stress and deformation;based on the analysis results,reference was provided for the design and use of the drill pipe and the drill bit in the drilling operation of the drilling rig to improve the accuracy and quality of the drilling and to ensure the safety of The results of the analysis provide a reference for the design and use of drill pipes and drill bits in drilling operations,so as to improve the accuracy and quality of drilling and ensure the safety of coal mine support.
