煤矿进风立井破碎筒壁支护技术

摘要 基于进风立井井筒在施工过程中基岩段出现严重破碎现象,导致井筒施工难度大、危险系数高以及支护难度大等问题,古城煤矿通过技术研究,决定对基岩段破碎筒壁提出了“注浆加固+自锁式锚杆”等联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,立井井筒破碎段采取联合支护技术后,控制了围岩破碎现象,保证了井筒安全顺利施工,取得了显著应用成效。 Based on the fact that the bedrock section of the air inlet shaft in Gucheng Coal Mine is seriously broken during the construction process,which leads to great difficulty in shaft construction,high risk factor and great difficulty in support,Gucheng Coal Mine has decided to propose"grouting reinforcement+self-locking anchor"and other combined support technologies for the broken wall of the bedrock section through technical research.According to the actual application effect,after adopting the combined support technology for the broken section of the shaft,The phenomenon of surrounding rock fragmentation is controlled,the safe and smooth construction of the shaft is ensured,and remarkable application results are achieved.
