摘要 针对煤矿巷道开口施工过程中,传统施工工艺严重影响掘进施工速度,特别是在复杂条件下巷道开口,掘进效率低、难度大、围岩稳定性差等问题,通过对回坡底煤矿东一采区10-1102切巷开口施工,采用EBZ-200综掘机进行巷道开口施工工艺,降低了劳动成本,优化了掘进速度,提高了施工过程中的安全性,提升了巷道开口施工效率。 In the process of coal mine roadway opening construction,the traditional construction technology seriously affects the speed of roadway excavation,especially in complex conditions of roadway opening,low excavation efficiency,difficulty and poor stability of surrounding rocks,etc.Through the construction of the 10-112 cutting roadway opening in the east one mining area of Huipodi coal mine,the EBZ-200 comprehensive excavator is used for roadway opening construction technology to reduce labor costs,optimize the excavation speed and improve safety during construction.It also improves safety during construction and enhances the efficiency of the roadway opening construction.
