摘要
树脂浇注及撑条结构的干式变压器是煤矿自动化开采供电系统中常用的两种变压器结构形式,采用仿真分析的形式对其换热效果进行分析。结果表明,撑条结构的变压器换热效果要优于树脂浇注形式,进行煤矿供电系统的设计应用中,应优先选择撑条结构的变压器进行供电。
Dry-type transformers with resin casting and strut structure are two common transformer structures used in automatic mining power supply systems in coal mines,and their heat transfer effects are analysed by means of simulation analysis.The application results show that the heat transfer effect of the strut structure transformer is better than that of the resin cast form,and the strut structure transformer should be preferred for the design and application of the coal mine power supply system.
