摘要 随着矿井采掘范围增加,带式输送机铺设距离以及功率等均有所增大,托辊布置数量明显增加。托辊运行故障会给带式输送机安全高效运行带来影响,托辊故障时最为直观的表现为温度异常,通过检测托辊温度即可实现托辊故障检测。基于此,提出一种内嵌式托辊故障检测技术,在输送带上内置检测模块对沿线托辊温度进行测定,机头布置接收模块对温度进行分析,并具体给出检测模块结构、关键设备组成等。现场试验表明,该检测系统运行平稳,可精准给出故障托辊位置以及温度,提升带式输送机安全保障能力。 With the increase of the mining range of the mine,the laying distance and power of the belt conveyor have increased,and the number of idlers has increased significantly.The operation failure of the idler will affect the safe and efficient operation of the belt conveyor.The most intuitive performance of the idler failure is the abnormal temperature.The idler failure detection can be realized by detecting the idler temperature.Therefore,an embedded idler fault detection technology is proposed.A detection module is built in the conveyor belt to measure the temperature of the idler along the line,and a receiver module is arranged at the machine head to analyze the temperature.The structure of the detection module and the composition of key equipment are given in detail.The field test shows that the detection system runs smoothly,can accurately give the position and temperature of the failed idler,and improve the safety assurance capability of the belt conveyor.
