摘要 为了提高新能源汽车蓄电池电压故障维修效果,提出一种基于电子诊断技术的新能源汽车蓄电池电压故障维修方法。利用电子诊断技术分析引发电压故障的原因,从配电铜排、单体电池组、压线束、电路方面设计对应维修方法,明确故障位置和程度,及时发出告警信息。试验结果表明,该方法能够提高蓄电池电压故障维修效果,为用户提供更加优质的维修服务,为行业发展提供参考和帮助。 In order to improve the maintenance effect of the new energy vehicle battery voltage fault,a new energy vehicle battery voltage fault maintenance method based on electronic diagnosis technology is proposed.The electronic diagnosis technology is used to analyze the causes of voltage faults,design corresponding repair methods in terms of distribution copper row,single battery pack,voltage harness and circuit,clarify the fault location and degree,and issue alarm information in time.The test results show that the method can improve the effect of battery voltage fault repair,provide users with more high-quality repair services,and provide reference and help for the development of the industry.
