摘要
针对目前带式输送机卸料在使用过程中存在的基建工程量大、落料冲击大、磨损严重的问题,提出了一种新的带式输送机自动卸料机构。其通过结构优化、装配工艺优化、应用材料优化,提高了卸料机构的应用灵活性和可靠性。根据实际应用表明,新的带式输送机自动卸料机构能够将安装时间缩短11.4%,将对刮板输送机的落料冲击降低28.8%,卸料效率提升9.8%,极大地提升了自动卸料机构的应用经济性和可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of large amount of infrastructure works,big impact of falling material and serious wear and tear in the use of current belt conveyor unloading,a new automatic belt conveyor unloading mechanism is proposed,which improves the application flexibility and reliability of the unloading mechanism through structural optimization,assembly process optimization and application material optimization.According to the practical application,this new automatic belt conveyor unloading mechanism can reduce the installation time during installation by 11.4%,reduce the impact on the scraper conveyor drop by 28.8%and improve the unloading efficiency by 9.8%,which greatly improves the application economy and reliability of the automatic unloading mechanism.
