圆管带式输送机在赤泥转运中的应用研究

Application of Circular Tube Belt Conveyor in Red Mud Transfer

为了解决尾矿赤泥采用汽车转运效率低、污染大、成本高的问题,对利用圆管带式输送机转运赤泥的方案进行了分析,重点对圆管带式输送机结构、线路布置要求、智能巡检控制系统进行了分析。结果表明,采用圆管带式输送机能够满足赤泥的转运需求,能够将赤泥输送效率提升了7.6%,将转运成本降低了24.7%,消除了在汽车转运过程中的污染现象,具有极大的应用推广价值。

In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,high pollution and high cost of tailings red mud transfer by vehicle,the solution of using circular pipe belt conveyor to transfer red mud was analyzed,focusing on the structure of circular pipe belt conveyor,line layout requirements,intelligent inspection control system,the results show that the use of circular pipe belt conveyor can meet the demand of red mud transfer,can improve the efficiency of red mud transfer by 7.6%,reduce the cost of transfer by 24.7%,and eliminate the pollution in the process of vehicle transfer.It can improve the efficiency of red mud conveying by 7.6%,reduce the cost of conveying by 24.7%,and eliminate the pollution phenomenon in the process of vehicle conveying.
