摘要 山西沁源梗阳煤业9102运输顺槽在设计时有3处拐角,增加了大量运输设备和司机人员,严重降低了巷道的掘进速度。技术人员通过现场调研、技术对比,基于转弯角度的不同针对性提出了9102运输顺槽带式输送机转弯运输方案。实践应用效果表明:该转弯运输方案设计成功合理,减少了运输设备和司机人员的投入,有效提高了巷道掘进速度,为企业创造了较好的安全、经济效益。 Shanxi Qinyuan Gangyang Coal Industry 9102 transportation gateway has three corners in the design,which increases a lot of transportation equipment and drivers,and seriously reduces the tunneling speed of the roadway.Through field investigation and technical comparison,technicians put forward the turning transportation scheme of 9102 transport chute belt conveyor based on different turning angles.The practical application results show that the design of the turning transportation scheme is successful and reasonable,which reduces the input of transport equipment and drivers,effectively improves the tunneling speed,and creates better safety and economic benefits for enterprises.
