摘要
针对晋能控股煤业集团某矿9103工作面带式输送机过风门防逆风装置存在的问题,基于带式输送机原过风门逆风装置的结构,重点对原风门逆风装置进行了优化设计,并分析了实际应用情况。结果表明,优化设计后,防突风门的漏风量明显减少,解决了煤与瓦斯突出时易形成的风流逆转现象,取得了较好的安全效益与经济效益。
Aiming at the problems existing in the anti-backwind device of the belt conveyor overwind door at 9103 working face of a mine of Jineng Holding Coal Industry Group,based on the structure of the original overwind door backwind device of the belt conveyor,the problems existing in it were analyzed,the design of the original wind door backwind device was optimized.After optimizing the design of the original draughtgate reversing device,the air leakage of the draughtgate was obviously reduced,which solved the wind flow reversal phenomenon easily formed when coal and gas protruded,and achieved better safety and economic benefits.
