带式输送机模糊变频控制研究

摘要 为了降低带式输送机功耗、提高运行效率,提出将模糊变频控制应用到带式输送机运行控制中,并依据现场实际情况,对带式输送机模糊控制规则、调速系统结构组成等进行分析。经现场应用后,模糊变频控制系统运行平稳,设备磨损程度以及维修工程量降幅均超过20%、能耗降幅为15%~20%,取得较为显著应用成果。 In order to reduce the power consumption of the belt conveyor and improve the operation efficiency,the fuzzy frequency conversion control is applied to the operation control of the belt conveyor,and the fuzzy control rules of the belt conveyor and the structure composition of the speed regulation system are analyzed according to the actual situation on site.After the field application,the fuzzy frequency conversion control system runs smoothly,the wear degree of equipment and the maintenance work amount decrease by more than 20%,and the energy consumption decrease by about 15~20%,achieving relatively significant application results.
