永磁直驱控制系统在输送机上的应用分析

摘要 针对传统输送机系统采用异步电机驱动所存在的启动冲击大、运行能耗高的问题,提出了一种新的永磁直驱控制系统。其利用永磁电机为驱动核心,实现对输送机运行的可靠控制。对永磁直驱控制系统的结构组成、驱动控制原理等进行了详细的分析,根据实际应用表明,新的直驱控制系统能够将输送机启动时的冲击降低84.4%,将输送机运行时的电能消耗降低8.6%,对提升输送机系统运行稳定性和经济性具有十分重要的意义。 In view of the problems of high start-up shock and high energy consumption in operation of traditional conveyor systems driven by asynchronous motors,a new permanent magnet direct-drive control system is proposed,using permanent magnet motors as the driving core to achieve reliable control of conveyor operation.According to the practical application,the new direct drive control system is able to reduce the shock during the start-up of the conveyor by 84.4%and reduce the power consumption during the operation of the conveyor by 8.6%,which is of great significance to improve the stability and economy of the conveyor system.
