摘要
为了解决矿用输送机在运行过程中无法实现煤量-带速自动匹配运行的问题,提出了一种基于视觉监测的输送机自动调速控制系统。该系统以机器视觉监测为核心,通过对视频图像的解析获取输送带上的煤量实时数据,建立煤量-带速匹配模型,实现了输送机运行时带速根据煤量的自动调节。根据实际应用表明,新的视觉监测系统的监测偏差在1.5%内,能将输送机运行时的平均能耗降低11.7%,对提升输送机运行经济性和可靠性具有十分重要的意义。
In order to solve the problem that the coal volume and belt speed cannot be automatically matched during the operation of mining conveyors,a conveyor automatic speed control system based on vision monitoring is proposed.According to the practical application,the monitoring deviation of the new visual monitoring system is within 1.5%,which can reduce the average energy consumption of the conveyor operation by 11.7%,which is very important to improve the economics and reliability of the conveyor operation.
