带式输送机智能调速系统设计及应用

摘要 为保证带式输送机在井下煤矿开采应用时运行平稳,同时减少能耗,设计了针对智能调整带式输送机的运行速度的控制系统,利用高清摄像头及视频图像处理技术对输送带上的煤流量进行获取及输入,利用模糊控制理论完成运行速度调控,并进行现场实践应用。智能调节带式输送机运行速度的控制系统可根据输送带上煤炭负载大小自行调速,有效降低了输送带的损耗,应用效果良好。 In order to ensure the smooth operation of belt conveyors in underground coal mining applications and to reduce energy consumption,a control system is designed to intelligently adjust the operating speed of belt conveyors,using high-definition cameras and video image processing technology to obtain and input the coal flow on the heap conveyor belt,using fuzzy control theory to complete the operation speed regulation and control,and field practice application.The speed control system can adjust the speed by itself according to the size of the coal load on the conveyor belt,which effectively reduces the loss of the conveyor belt and has a good application effect.
