摘要 为了减少采煤过程中刮板输送机的负载及故障发生率,依据采面实际情况,提出采用高压变频器系统控制刮板输送机运行,实现重载软启动及运行参数监测。对变频控制系统布置方案、变频调速流程及主要功能等进行分析。经现场应用后,刮板输送机运行效率及可靠性等均得以提升,故障发生率明显降低,取得较好应用成果。 In order to reduce the load and fault rate of the scraper conveyor in the coal mining process,based on the actual situation of the mining face,a high-voltage frequency converter system is proposed to control the operation of the scraper conveyor to achieve heavy-duty soft start and monitoring of operating parameters;the arrangement scheme of the frequency converter control system,the frequency converter speed regulation process and the main functions are analyzed.After the field application,the scraper conveyor operation efficiency and reliability can be improved,and the fault rate is obviously reduced,achieving better application results.
