基于变频驱动的刮板输送机智能控制系统研究

摘要 对刮板输送机智能控制系统结构以及关键技术进行分析,并阐述现场应用效果。现场应用表明,智能控制系统可明显提高刮板输送机启动性能,并可依据现场需要对运行速度进行调节,降低设备运行能耗、磨损;同时具备的安全监控及自动调节能力可为刮板输送机高效运行创造良好条件。通过刮板输送机智能化控制系统应用,可在一定程度上提升综采工作面智能化水平。 The structure and key technology of intelligent control system for scraper conveyor are analyzed,and the field application effect is described.The field application shows that the intelligent control system can significantly improve the starting performance of the scraper conveyor,adjust the running speed according to the field needs,and reduce the energy consumption and wear of the equipment;At the same time,the safety monitoring and automatic adjustment capabilities can create good conditions for the efficient operation of the scraper conveyor.Through the application of intelligent control system of scraper conveyor,the intelligent level of fully mechanized mining face can be improved to a certain extent.
