摘要 为降低带式输送机在空载、轻载时的能耗以及磨损,提出构建一种能耗优化控制系统,通过调整带式输送机运行,在满足运输基础上降低能耗。在对现有带式输送机控制方式分析基础上,选择采用BP神经网络构建煤流量Q、驱动装置功率P以及带速v节能模型,给出具体速度调整控制程序运行流程。PLC控制器通过BP神经网络对皮带秤、功率采集模块以及速度传感器等检测数据进行分析,并通过变频器对带式输送机运行速度进行调节,现场应用后节能降耗效果明显。 In order to reduce the energy consumption and wear of belt conveyor during no-load and light load,an energy consumption optimization control system is proposed to reduce energy consumption on the basis of meeting the transportation requirements by adjusting the operation of belt conveyor.Based on the analysis of the existing belt conveyor control mode,the BP neural network is selected to build the coal flow Q,drive power P and belt speed V energy-saving models,and the specific speed adjustment control program operation flow is given.The PLC controller analyzes the detection data of the belt scale,power acquisition module and speed sensor through BP neural network,and adjusts the running speed of the belt conveyor through the frequency converter.After field application,the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is obvious.
