摘要
为了降低带式输送机能耗,以矿井主斜井带式输送机为研究对象,提出一种能耗优化控制系统。对该系统整体结构、速度及煤流量监测结构进行分析,并给出速度控制策略。现场应用结果表明,该能耗优化控制系统运行平稳,投入应用后主斜井带式输送机年可直接节省电费、设备维护投入分别为54万元、15.8万元。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of belt conveyor,taking the belt conveyor of mine main inclined shaft as the research object,an energy consumption optimization control system is proposed.The overall structure,speed and coal flow monitoring structure of the system are analyzed,and the speed control strategy is given.The field application results show that the energy consumption optimization control system runs smoothly,and the main inclined shaft belt conveyor can directly save electricity costs and equipment maintenance costs of 540000 yuan and 158000 yuan respectively.
