摘要 套铣技术是一种清除井下管柱与井壁之间碎屑的一项深井打捞技术,此种技术主要是解决井下管柱在出砂过程中提高油田大修井效率的一种主要方法。根据渤海油田的实际情况和油田大修井的生产状况,通过对套铣技术进行分析,深入研究应用于渤海油田大修井的套铣工具,对套铣工具的结构和大小进行分析说明,同时结合钻井工具优化钻压和转速等关键参数。 Casing milling technology is a deep well fishing technology to remove the debris between the downhole string and the well wall.This technology is mainly a main method to improve the efficiency of oilfield overhaul wells during the sand production process of the downhole string.According to the actual situation of Bohai Oilfield and the production situation of oilfield major workover,through the analysis of casing milling technology,the casing milling tools applied to overhaul wells in Bohai Oilfield are deeply studied,The structure and size of the sleeve milling tool are analyzed and explained,and the key parameters such as WOB and rotary speed are optimized in combination with the drilling tool.
