摘要
为了解翠云草(Selaginella uncinata)细胞壁组成特性,为进一步挖掘翠云草蓝色叶的关键基因奠定基础,通过提取和测定纤维素、半纤维素、果胶质、木质素和木质素单体,分析蓝色叶翠云草、红色叶翠云草和小翠云(S.kraussinan)细胞壁中5种物质的含量。结果表明,3种植物的细胞壁物质组成均为纤维素>半纤维素>木质素,这3种物质之和均占细胞壁物质的90%左右。翠云草细胞壁主要含有木质素单体S,占比大于2/3,单体H含量较少。同属的小翠云细胞壁以木质素单体G和单体S为主,且木质素单体G含量比单体S稍高,含微量的单体H。在翠云草受到强光胁迫时,果胶质和木质素(单体S和单体G)在逆境响应中发挥更大的作用。
To find out characteristics of cell wall composition of Selaginella uncinata,and lay a foundation for further exploration of key genes of blue leaf S.uncinata,contents of cellulose,hemicellulose,pectin,lignin and lignin monomer in blue leaf S.uncinata,red leaf S.uncinata and S.kraussinan were analyzed.Results showed that compositions of cell wall substances of three plants were cellulose>hemicellulose>lignin,and sums of these three components all accounted for 90%of cell wall substances.Cell wall of S.uncinata mainly contained syringyl lignin(S lignin),which accounted for 2/3,while para-hydroxyl-phenyl lignin(H lignin)was less.Cell wall of S.kraussinan,which belonged to the same genus,mainly contained guaiacyl lignin(G lignin)and S lig⁃nin,and content of G lignin was slightly higher than that of S lignin,and H lignin content was less.When S.un⁃cinata was subjected to bright light,pectin and lignin(S lignin and G lignin)played important roles in stress response.
