摘要
为了解江南油杉(Keteleeria cyclolepis)半同胞家系的生长及遗传特性,对32个江南油杉半同胞家系优树子代林造林5年的生长状况进行分析,并对其遗传特性进行评价。结果表明,5年生家系优株树高、地径和冠幅最大值分别为411.80、8.02和179.27 cm,年均生长量分别为61.88、1.32和29.99 cm。各家系的树高、地径和冠幅均差异极显著,变异系数为11.51%~15.38%,家系遗传力为0.52~0.67,幼树的生长变异较大,生长性状受遗传影响较强。32个家系被分成优、良、中和差4个类别,其中CX6、SW2、XY4、CX10、YP2、SW1、FQ1、YP3、CX8、YP4和XY5家系是32个参试家系中生长表现较优的家系,平均遗传增益为5.29%~9.75%。
In order to understand growths and genetic characteristics of half-sib families of Keteleeria cyclole⁃pis,growth status of plus tree progeny plantation of 32 half-sib families of K.cyclolepis after afforestation for 5 years was analyzed and their genetic characteristics were evaluated.Results showed that tree height,ground di⁃ameter and crown width of 5-year-old families were up to 411.80,8.02 and 179.27 cm,respectively,and aver⁃age annual increments were 61.88,1.32 and 29.99 cm,respectively.Tree height,ground diameter and crown width among 32 families had extremely significant differences.Coefficients of variation ranged from 11.51%to 15.38%,and heritability of families ranged from 0.52 to 0.67,indicating that growth of young trees was highly variable and growth traits were strongly influenced by genetics.32 families were divided into four categories,in⁃cluding excellent,good,medium and poor.CX6,SW2,XY4,CX10,YP2,SW1,FQ1,YP3,CX8,YP4 and XY5 families had better growth performance among 32 tested families,with average genetic gains ranging from 5.29%to 9.75%.
