关于集中整治农村“空心房”问题的思考——以湖南省娄底市为例

Reflections on the Problem of Centralized Rectification of Rural"Hollow House"-Take Loudi Prefecture of Hunan Province as an Example

长期以来,农村房屋建新与拆旧、生产建设与环境整治未能同步进行,致使农村“空心房”大量存在,既影响村容村貌,又浪费土地资源,且存在严重安全隐患,成为当前美丽乡村建设的“堵点”、全域旅游发展的“痛点”、农村环境治理的“焦点”。笔者在对湖南省娄底市下辖的娄星区杉山镇花溪村、水洞底镇文建村、冷水江市禾青镇炉竹村、涟源市杨市镇金盆村、湄江镇黄罗湾社区、双峰县印塘乡东风村、新化县枫林街道大水坪村、水车镇正龙村等村实地调研的基础上,通过典型样本采集,对农村“空心房”的现状、形成原因、整治实践进行分析,提出了对策建议。
