十年一次的全国污染源普查是全面摸清生态环境家底、打好污染防治攻坚战的一项重要基础工作。本文以甘肃省白银市两次污染源普查主要数据为研究对象,进行比对分析,得出10年来生态环境变化的结论和建议。

The decennial National Pollution Source Survey is an important basic work to gain a comprehensive picture of the ecological environment situation and win the battle against pollution. Based on the main data of the two pollution source surveys in Baiyin, Gansu Province, this paper makes a comparative analysis and summarizes the ecological environment changes in recent 10 years and offers suggestions.
