乡村振兴背景下农村生态环境污染治理的策略探析

Analysis on the strategy of rural ecological environment pollution control under the background of rural revitalization

乡村振兴发展战略的有效推进离不开农村生态环境污染治理工作的顺利展开,农村生态环境污染治理是推动乡村振兴、实现美丽乡村的重要推动力,而乡村振兴战略的提出,也促进农村生态环境污染治理工作进入新的发展阶段。农村生态环境污染问题由来已久,改革开放以来,我国农业农村发展取得可喜成绩、农民生活水平显著提高,但与此同时,其环境问题也逐渐暴露出来,农村生态环境受到严重污染成为农村发展的代价,没有美丽乡村,何谈美丽中国,农村环境污染治理问题必须引起社会各界的重视。本文基于乡村振兴的时代背景,分析了农村生态环境污染问题产生原因,并重点提出治理策略。

The effective promotion of the rural revitalization development strategy is inseparable from the smooth implementation of rural ecological environment pollution abatement which serves as an important driving force to promote rural revitalization, and realize the beautiful countryside. In turn, the proposal of rural revitalization strategy also promotes the rural ecological environment pollution control work into a new stage of development. Rural ecological environment pollution has a long history. Since the reform and opening up, China ’s agricultural and rural development has achieved gratifying results and the living standards of farmers have been improved significantly. However, at the same time, environmental problems have gradually been exposed and the serious pollution in rural ecological environment has become the price of rural development. No beautiful countryside, no beautiful China. The issue of environmental pollution control in rural areas must be paid attention to by all sectors of society. Based on the background of rural revitalization, this paper analyzes the causes of rural ecological environmenta l pollution, and puts forward governance strategies.
