大气环境污染应急监测的思考与对策

Consideration and measures of air pollution emergency monitoring

突发的大气环境污染与一般的大气环境污染相比具有更为明显的不确定性,在最快时间内对其展开应急监测能尽快控制污染的扩散。本文先从分类、特点以及应急监测的重要性等角度对突发性大气环境污染展开概述,再系统阐述突发性大气环境污染的应急检测要点,最后从加大资金投入、提升监测人员工作水准、数据处理与分析与重视档案收集与监测报告整理等方面讨论大气污染应急监测水准提升措施。

The sudden atmospheric environmental pollution has more obvious uncertainty than the general atmospheric environmental pollution. The emergency monitoring can control the spread of pollution as soon as possible. This paper firstly outlines the sudden atmospheric environmental pollution from the perspectives of classification, characteristics and the importance of emergency monitoring, and then systematically describes the key points of emergency detection of sudden atmospheric environmental pollution. Finally, measures to improve the level of air pollution emergency monitoring are discussed from four aspects: capital investment increasing,the improvement of monitoring personnel, data processing and analysis, and emphasis on archive collection and monitoring report sorting.
