随着塑料工业的迅速发展,塑料产品广泛应用于各个部门,成为国民经济和国防建设必不可少的材料。但是,除了环境老化性能差(如抗紫外线)之外,塑料在加工和成型过程中往往存在表面缺陷。因此,塑料模具的表面通常被涂上特殊的颜色或光泽,隐藏塑料表面的缺陷以使其看起来更有吸引力。除了表现塑料外观的美观之外,涂层还可以保护塑料不受气候、溶剂或条纹的影响。目前塑料涂料也处于绿色发展的关键阶段,更好地利用塑料涂料必须以安全和健康为基础。

With the rapid development of plastic industry, plastic products are widely used in various sectors and become indispensable materials for national economy and national defense construction. However, in addition to poor resistance in environmental aging(such as poor UV resistance), plastics often have surface defects during processing and molding. Therefore, the surface of the plastic mold is usually coated with special color or gloss to hide the defects to make it look more attractive. Apart from improving the appearance of the plastic, the coating can also protect the plastic from the influence of climate, solvents or stripes. At present, plastic coatings are also in a critical stage of green development. Better use of plastic coatings must be based on the priority of safety and health.
