建党百年来高校意识形态工作的历史嬗变与基本经验

Centennial Historical Evolution and Fundamental Experience of Ideological Work in Colleges since CPC Founding

高校意识形态工作是一项固本强基、铸魂育人的战略工程。建党百年来,高校意识形态工作先后经历了发轫与奠基、形塑与顿挫、恢复与开拓、巩固与创新等四个阶段的历史嬗变。坚持党对高校意识形态工作的领导权,不断加强高校意识形态制度建设、坚持用党的创新理论成果武装师生,坚持发扬斗争精神是高校意识形态工作的基本经验。这为当前高校意识形态工作的持续推进提供了重要启示与有益参考。

College ideological work is a strategic project to consolidate the national foundation and cultivate people. Over the past hundred years since CPC founding, college ideological work has undergone four historical evolution phases, namely, sprouting and foundation, shaping and frustration, recovery and expansion, as well as consolidation and innovation. Fundamental experiences of college ideological work include adherence to CPC leadership, constant enforcement of college ideological system construction, staff and student cultivation with CPC theoretical innovations and finally, insistence on the struggle spirit enhancement. These experiences provide insightful inspiration and references for a continuous promotion of the current college ideological work.
