摘要
星河雅宝高科创新园4–1栋塔楼采用超深、超大直径扩底人工挖孔桩技术。内有挖孔桩32根,桩端持力层要求为中风化、微风化花岗岩;桩身需穿过最长为12.4 m的中风化粗粒花岗岩,桩长最大为39.95 m。本项目场地狭小,桩位距离基坑较远,施工难度大。介绍了一种超深、超大直径扩底嵌岩桩施工技术。经过桩基检测,本工程桩基承载力均满足要求,保证了施工质量。
The tower building 4-1 of Xinghe Yabao hi tech Innovation Park adopts the technology of ultra deep and ultra large diameter expanded bottom manual hole digging pile. There are 32 Excavated Piles, and the bearing layer at the pile end is required to be moderately weathered and slightly weathered granite;The pile body needs to pass through moderately weathered coarse-grained granite with a maximum length of 12. 4 m, and the maximum length of the pile is 39. 95 m. The project site is narrow, the pile position is far from the foundation pit,and the construction is difficult. This paper introduces a construction technology of super deep and super large diameter expanded bottom rock socketed pile. Through pile foundation testing, the bearing capacity of the pile foundation of the project meets the requirements and ensures the construction quality.
