在铝模体系中BIM技术对于机电预埋点位深化设计的应用与探讨

摘要 随着我国高层建筑和超高层建筑的快速发展,铝合金模板作为模板体系中的优秀技术之一,符合国家“节能减排”和“绿色建筑”的政策方针以及施工单位对工期的要求,得以广泛的应用。在铝模深化设计阶段,机电预留预埋点位采用BIM技术进行一体化设计,以降低在施工过程中对铝模模板的破坏,从而提高铝模的使用寿命,并减少建造成本。 With the rapid development of high-rise and super high-rise buildings in China, aluminum alloy formwork, as a rising star in the formwork system, conforms to the national policies of "energy conservation and emission reduction" and "green building", as well as the requirements of the development organizationt for the construction period, so it can be quickly and widely used. In the deepening design stage of aluminum alloy formwork, the building information modeling is used to comprehensively design the electromechanical reservation and embedment, so as to reduce the damage to the aluminum alloy formwork caused by the electromechanical embedment project, improve the service life of the aluminum alloy formwork and reduce the construction cost.
