BIM技术的应用在我国正处于高速发展时期,在一些大型复杂项目中得到成功应用,但在占据绝大比重的住宅领域普及困难,为探索BIM技术在住宅项目应用落地,通过查找统计报告和相关文献,从技术、组织、经济角度对BIM技术应用现状进行分析,通过实践案例对技术发展进行探索,实践表明BIM技术在住宅项目中仍具有良好的技术价值和经济效益,可见通过软件服务的调整和组织模式的优化,可实现BIM技术在住宅项目的应用落地。

The application of BIM Technology is in a period of rapid development in China. It has been successfully applied in some large and complex projects, but it is difficult to popularize in the residential field, which accounts for a large proportion. In order to explore the application of BIM Technology in residential projects, this paper analyzes the current situation of BIM Technology Application from the perspective of technology, organization and economy by looking up statistical reports and relevant literature, and explores the technology development through practical cases. Practice shows that BIM Technology still has good technical value and economic benefits in residential projects. It can be seen that the application of BIM Technology in residential projects can be realized through the adjustment of software services and the optimization of organization mode.
