预制箱梁混凝土施工方量控制的实践 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,在铁路建设中为减少对耕地占用,确保行车安全,设计多采用高架桥,混凝土用量非常大,如何在施工过程中控制混凝土方量,降低施工成本,具有很高研究价值。通过阐述施工中影响混凝土用量主要因素,以新建兰州至张掖三四线铁路兰武段ZQ3标天祝制梁场为例介绍箱梁预制中混凝土方量控制实践经验,旨在通过所述混凝土方量控制要点,节约项目施工成本,提高企业的经济效益。 In recent years, in order to reduce the occupation of cultivated land and ensure driving safety in railway construction, viaducts are often used in the design, and the amount of concrete is very large. How to control the amount of concrete in the construction process and reduce the construction cost has a high degree of research.value. This paper expounds the main factors affecting the amount of concrete in the construction, and takes the newly built Lanzhou-Zhangye No. 3 and No. 4 railway Lanwu section ZQ3 Biaotianzhu beam field as an example to introduce the practical experience of concrete quantity control in box girder prefabrication. Through the control points of concrete volume described in the article, the construction cost of the project can be saved and the economic benefit of the enterprise can be improved.
