摘要
针对大多数采用桩基作为承力构件的高层建筑、桥梁等大型工程的施工必然会对邻近既有或规划中的地铁隧道产生影响,将桩基施工对邻近地铁隧道可能存在的影响进行了概括、总结,并探讨佛山粤海湾项目在处理地铁隧道过程中遇到的问题及优秀处理做法。提出了保护地铁隧道、减小桩基施工对地铁影响的原则与理念,并在桩基施工采取了用格构式深层搅拌桩加固,避免采用大功率机械设备施工;邀请专业监测单位进行地铁隧道结构监测,严格执行规范、监测方案等措施;从源头控制工程的施工速度、范围对地铁隧道的扰动风险。
The construction of most large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings and bridges that use pile foundations as load-bearing components will inevitably affect the adjacent existing or planned subway tunnels.This paper summarizes and summarizes the possible impact of pile foundation construction on adjacent subway tunnels,and discusses the problems encountered in the process of dealing with subway tunnels in the Foshan Yuehaiwan Project and the excellent treatment practices.In the stage of pile foundation construction,our company put forward the principles and concepts of protecting subway tunnels and reducing the impact of pile foundation construction on subways,and adopted lattice deep stirring piles for reinforcement in pile foundation construction,avoiding the use of high-power mechanical equipment for construction.Invite professional monitoring units to monitor the structure of subway tunnels,strictly implement measures such as specifications and monitoring plans;control the risk of disturbance to subway tunnels from the source of construction speed and scope of the project.
