被动式超低能耗建筑设计与施工技术

PASSIVE ULTRA-LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION BUILDING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY

以北京某被动房设计为参照,对被动式超低能耗建筑的设计及施工技术进行阐述,从被动房概念、指标、技术体系,从减少能源消耗(被动)、增加自然资源利用(主动)两方面阐述设计的参数、措施、构造细节,为该类建筑设计及施工提供有益的思路。

Taking the design of a passive house in Beijing as a reference, this paper expounds the design and construction technology of passive ultra-low energy consumption buildings, from the concept, index and technical system of passive house, from the aspects of reducing energy consumption(passive) and increasing the utilization of natural resources(active). The parameters, measures and structural details of the design are expounded to provide useful ideas for the design and construction of such buildings.
