摘要
为加快船模加工的数智化进程,更好地满足国际船模拖曳水池会议(International Towing Tank Conference,ITTC)推荐规程对船模加工精度的要求,对五轴数控机床在船模加工中的应用进行研究。以某船模加工为例,从几何模型处理、板材预处理、数控加工程序生成、程序验证及加工和检验等方面介绍五轴数控机床的操作步骤,以及CAM软件和五轴数控技术在船模加工中的使用方法。在此基础上,对应用五轴数控加工机床的误差进行分析,并提出提高加工精度的措施,为后续船模加工提供参考。
The ship models for basin tests need to meet the accuracy recommended by ITTC(International Towing Tank Conference).Five-axis CNC(Computer Numerical Control)machining is a modern method with high manufacturing accuracy.The machining method of 5-axis CNC machine tool is introduced,and the steps of ship model manufacturing with a 5-axis CNC machine are introduced,from geometric model handling,wood plate pre-processing,CNC machining program generation,program verification and the manufacturing and inspection.The use of CAM software and 5-axis CNC technology are explained in the relevant steps.The error of the 5-axis CNC machining is analyzed and measures to improve the manufacturing accuracy are suggested.
