W9L20型柴油机中滑油离心滤器壳体断裂故障分析

摘要 为探究W9L20型柴油机所用FM200DS型滑油离心滤器壳体断裂故障频发的原因,分别利用经验法、对比法和数据法等方法对此类故障进行分析,发现壳体断裂是由壳体局部强度不足和班卓型螺栓的孔径过大等原因引起的。通过加强壳体局部强度和减小班卓型螺栓的孔径等方式,有效降低壳体断裂故障发生概率,同时提出该类型滑油离心滤器的维护保养方法。 In practical application, FM200 DS centrifugal filter shell fracture failure occurs frequently in W9 L20 diesel engine. In order to explore the cause of the failure and prevent the failure, this paper carries out analysis with different methods, includingempirical methods, comparison methods and data method.The analysis reveals that the causes of failure is insufficient local strength of the shell and the excessive aperture forthe banjo bolts.The remedies, strengthening the local strength of the shell and reducing the diameter of the banjo bolts, are proved effective in reducingthe fracture failure of the shell.The maintenance processof this type of lubricating oil centrifugal filter is suggested.
