基于改进Apriori算法的线性代数试卷分析

摘要 试卷分析是教学工作的重要内容,通过试卷分析可以及时了解学生理解和掌握知识的情况,找到教学改革中存在的问题。本文以线性代数试卷分析问题为导向,提出一种基于改进Apriori算法的试卷分析方法。通过改进规则筛选机制和优化项集生成步骤,提出一种兼顾挖掘规则有效性和算法效率的改进Apriori算法,并将其用于线性代数试卷分析。通过实例验证该算法可以挖掘出试卷中隐含的知识关联规则,对试卷进行总体评价,帮助教师了解考生知识掌握情况。同时,根据关联规则进一步挖掘课程的核心知识点以及学生的弱项知识点,为下一轮教学改革提供参考意见。这个方法也同样适用于其他学科的试卷分析,具有可推广性和适用性。 Examination paper analysis is an important content of teaching work,which can timely understand the situation of students’understanding and mastery of knowledge,and find out the problems existing in the teaching reform.Guided by the problem of linear algebra test paper analysis,this paper proposes a test paper analysis method based on the improved Apriori algorithm.By improving the rule screening mechanism and optimizing the item set generation step,an improved Apriori algorithm,which takes into account the effectiveness of mining rules and the efficiency of the algorithm,is proposed and used in the analysis of linear algebra test paper.An example shows that the algorithm can dig out the implicit knowledge association rules in the test paper,and make the overall evaluation of the paper,which can help teachers to understand the examinee’s knowledge mastery.At the same time,the core knowledge points of the course and the weak knowledge points of students are further explored according to the association rules,so as to provide reference for the next round of teaching reform.This method can also be applied to the examination paper analysis of other subjects,so it has extensibility and applicability.
