摘要
植物多糖因其无毒、生物相容性好,且具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗衰老等生物活性,已逐渐成为新型药物研发的重点。软枣猕猴桃多糖具有抗氧化、抗菌消炎、降脂降血糖、免疫调节等活性,对开发功能性食品及药物具有重要的价值。本文对软枣猕猴桃多糖的提取方法以及分离与纯化、多糖结构和生物活性等方面的研究进行了综述,以期为植物多糖,尤其是软枣猕猴桃多糖的后续研究奠定理论基础。
Plant polysaccharides have gradually become the focus of new drug research and development because of their non-toxic,good biocompatibility,immune regulation,anti-tumor,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-aging and other biological activities.Actinidia arguta polysaccharides have important value in foods and drugs with the functions of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,lipid-lowering and hypoglycemia,immunomodulatory and so on.In this paper,the extraction methods,isolation and purification,structure and biological activity of polysaccharides from Actinidia arguta were reviewed,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of plant polysaccharides,especially Actinidia arguta polysaccharides.
