摘要
为实现人防信息管理平台数据信息化和共享交换、业务高效管理、服务动态可扩展,提出利用微服务框架,结合GIS、云计算等技术搭建平台的建设思路。本文详细阐述了平台微服务框架设计、微服务接口设计、人防信息业务功能的微服务化以及功能实现。实践证明,微服务技术框架下的人防信息管理平台能够承载海量多源异构的人防信息成果数据、高效实现了人防基础设施管理、人防工程管理、应急预警、指挥救援等业务功能,让人防管理更加信息化、精细化和智能化。
In order to realize the data informatization,sharing and exchange,efficient business management and dynamic and extensible service of the civil air defense information management platform,the construction idea of using micro-service framework and combining GIS,cloud computing and other technologies to build the platform is proposed.This paper elaborated the platform micro-service framework design,micro-service interface design,civil air defense information business function of micro-service and function realization.Practice has proved that the civil air defense information management platform under the framework of micro-service technology can carry massive multi-source and heterogeneous civil air defense information achievements and data,effectively realize the business functions of civil air defense infrastructure management,civil air defense engineering management,monitoring and early warning,command and rescue,and make civil air defense management more informationized,refined and intelligent.
