法学专业课教学创新与课程思政融合模式的展开路径——以法学人才培养三维度要求为目标 被引量:3

摘要 法学专业的人才培养与全国依法治国战略实施密切相关。新时期法学人才应该从知识、能力以及价值理念三维度入手,结合社会主义依法治国战略对法学人才的要求,将专业课教学创新与课程思政建设紧密结合。具体实施路径则是在培养方案的设计上紧紧围绕立德树人的要求,日常教学环节中不断提升课堂的规范性、学术性以及艺术性。并有序开展以能力和理念培养为主要内容的第二第三课堂,将知识、能力以及价值三维度贯穿培养全过程,最终实现以学生发展为中心的教育教学目标,为社会主义法治中国建设培养好、输送好法学与法律人才。 The talent cultivation of law major is closely related to the implementation of the national strategy of governing the country by law. In the new era, legal talents should start from the three dimensions of knowledge,ability and value concept, combining with the requirements of the social strategy of governing by law, and closely integrating the teaching innovation of specialized courses with curriculum ideology and politics construction. The specific implementation path is supposed to focus on requirements of enhancing virtues and cultivating talents when formulating the training program, and constantly improve the normative, academic and artistic quality of the classroom in the daily teaching sections. In addition, the second and third classes aiming to foster ability and concept should be carried out in an orderly manner, so as to integrate the three dimensions of knowledge, ability and value throughout the whole training process and finally realize the students-oriented education and teaching goal,cultivating and transferring excellent law and legal talents for the construction of socialist rule by law in China.
