摘要 综述了2,3-二氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶的主要用途与合成方法。2,3-二氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶是非常有应用价值的含氟中间体,广泛应用于农药、医药、兽药、精细化工等领域。以关键中间体2,3-二氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶为原料,可生产除草剂高效氟吡甲禾灵,杀虫剂氟啶脲、吡虫隆,杀菌剂氟啶胺、氟啶酰菌胺、氟吡菌酰胺等6个大宗下游农药产品。以2-氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶为原料制备2,3-二氯-5-三氟甲基吡啶的工艺路线简单、安全环保,但其原料成本较高。简要介绍了产品的市场情况,以供同仁参考。 The main uses and synthesis methods of 2,3-dichloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine were reviewed.2,3-Dichloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine is a fluorine-containing intermediate with great application value,which is widely used in pesticides,medicine,veterinary drugs,fine chemicals and other fields.With the key intermediate 2,3-dichloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine as raw material,it can produce six bulk downstream pesticide products such as herbicide high efficiency flumethazolin,insecticide flufenamide,imidaclopron,fungicide fluidinamide,fluylamide,fluylidamide.The process route of preparing 2,3-dichloro-5-(trichloromethyl)pyridine from 2-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine is simple,safe and environmentally friendly,but its raw material cost is high.The market situation of the product is briefly introduced for the reference of colleagues.
