南海某气田人工运移井套管防腐研究及寿命预测

摘要 为确保人工运移井井筒的完整性,在封堵期间需添加防腐液。通过模拟人工运移井在封堵完好和封堵泄露两种腐蚀工况,评价HYF-01和HYF-02在添加浓度分别为0.1%、0.5%和1.0%时的缓蚀效果,并根据试验结果计算N80套管腐蚀寿命,筛选出满足15年封堵年限要求的防腐液及最佳添加浓度。结果表明:封堵完好时,HYF-01和HYF-02两种缓蚀剂的添加浓度为0.1%时,缓蚀效果相对较好;封堵泄露时,HYF-01和HYF-02两种缓蚀剂的添加浓度为1.0%时,缓蚀效果相对较好。经过计算可知:添加0.5%、1.0%的HYF-01与添加0.1%、0.5%、1.0%HYF-02均能满足15年封堵年限要求。综合考虑,添加1.0%的HYF-01为最佳方案。 Adding corrosion inhibitor during artificial transport well plugging to ensure well bore integrity.By stimulating plugging soundness and plugging leakage,evaluate the inhibion efficiency of HYF-01 and HYF-02(0.1%、0.5%、1.0%)and calculate N80 corrosion life,to choose the inhibitor and the best add concentration to meet casing 15 years corrosion life.The results showed that:while plugging soundness,the best concentration was 0.1%for both HYF-01 and HYF-02;while plugging leakage,the best concentration was 1.0%for both HYF-01 and HYF-02.The calculation shows that the addition of 0.5%and 1.0%HYF-01 and 0.1%,0.5%and 1.0%HYF-02 can meet the requirements of 15 year plugging life.Considering comprehensively,adding 1.0%HYF-01 is the best scheme.
