高钢级管道焊接工艺技术工程应用探讨 被引量:1

摘要 X80钢级是国内外长输管道建设的首选钢级。国外管道建设自动焊工艺成熟、产品系列化。以中俄东线天然气管道为典型案例,高钢级、大壁厚和低温特征对焊接工艺技术、焊缝性能、工作效率提出更高要求。系统总结中俄东线在建设施工中焊接工艺技术实践经验,包括焊接设备、焊接材料、坡口尺寸和组对精度和焊接预热等。探讨了低温环境下高钢级管道焊接工艺评定技术要求。通过系统总结工程案例中的实践经验,有助于改进我国高钢级管道焊接工艺技术,提高管道建设施工水平。 X80 steel grade is the preferred steel grade for domestic and foreign pipeline construction.The automatic welding process of foreign pipeline construction is mature and the products are serialized.Taking the China Russia east gas pipeline as a typical case,the characteristics of high steel grade,large wall thickness and low temperature put forward higher requirements for welding technology,weld performance and work efficiency.Systematically summarize the practical experience of welding technology in the construction of China Russia east line,including welding equipment,welding materials,groove size,assembly accuracy and welding preheating.The technical requirements for welding procedure qualification of high steel pipeline in low temperature environment are discussed.By systematically summarizing the practical experience in engineering cases,it is helpful to improve the welding technology of high-grade steel pipeline and improve the level of pipeline construction.
